Get in shape, or let Zombies eat you.

        How do you work out? Do you find it hard to accomplish your goals? Do you find it hard to motivate yourself? I have the perfect solutions for you. ZOMBIES!!!

Physical fitness is relatively huge in the zombie survival area. Sure you might find it hard to believe but ask yourself this, does the fat guy ever make it out alive in the zombie movies? If you know a movie let me know because I can’t think of a single one.

Negative people are just as good as zombies. Consider the parallels between  Zombies and purely negative people. Both are never satisfied, they both act negative and lifeless, they both are extremely useless in life, and both are perfect motivators to get moving.

 Do you want a negative person or as my wife likes to say “a Debbie Downer” walking around adding there two negative cents in every conversation you have? Nobody does. Not even the negative people.


                Combat the negative zombies with physical fitness. Kicking your ass in the gym or even doing what you can on the floor of your own home can do wonders for your psychological self. Knowing that you gave it all can even defeat all those negative thoughts. What am I saying you ask? I’m saying that even if you are indeed a negativity zombie then working out can bring you to life as well.

                Keep in mind that as long as you work those muscles that you are growing happier with yourself and with the world around you. You will find that you have more energy and now you get to go see the world and the sunshine and all that jazz. Remember that the zombies can’t get you if they can’t catch you.
